Art Commissions

By commissioning me you automatically agree to have read and accepted all of my terms. I will not be held responsible for any “surprises” that may come up as a result of you not doing so.Failure to follow these terms either before or after working with me may result in a blacklist, loss of rights to product or character, etc.

Artist's Notes

I have every right to refuse to draw a certain thing or work with a certain person, or cancel a piece for any reason. Those reasons may include but are not limited to foul or uncomfortable behavior from the customer.I may draw certain things that are not a reflection of myself, my own personal interests, ideas or beliefs, or things that I do not condone in a real-life setting.Choosing to ignore or bypass any of my terms will result in a blacklist and cancellation of any work in progress, as well as you losing the right to any art that I have done for you (regardless of how completed it is.) I may scrape your character(s) and use this art for something else.

Age

You MUST be 18 years or older to order NSFW commissions from me, interact on my socials or have access to my Discord server. You also may not order an NSFW commission for someone else who is under the age of 18 years, regardless of your own age.I am not responsible for checking every single person who interacts with me or wants to do business with me, nor will I be held responsible for the consequences that you face for choosing to violate these terms.I will not be considering the age of consent in other states or countries. It is 18 where I live. It is 18 for my work.

Style

My sketches are very messy and can be hard to read at times. This is not a reflection of my lineart or the final result of sketch commissions.I am relatively consistent and comfortable in my own art style. I will not adjust my style nor attempt to replicate details from/entire art styles from other people. You came to me for my art, after all.

Just because something is listed under the Will Draw sections, doesn't mean I will accept every piece within the topic. If I'm not comfortable with an idea, I won't accept it.If you've got an idea or topic that isn't listed, feel free to ask me about it! I'm always open to discussion.

Payment

Currently I only use PayPal to accept payment for commissions, though I do also offer Ko-fi as an alternative way to commission me if you’d rather do it through there. You may also leave a donation there if you wish, I greatly appreciate any and all support.

Refunds

Full refunds may be given before any work is done. Partial refunds may be provided, however I will not provide refunds after the sketch has been accepted unless I am canceling the commission myself.

Process

I work Monday through Friday. I may respond on weekends, but won't start any work until the next business day.Know exactly what you want or have a solid idea before you come to me. Provide clear references, whether in visual or in written form. I may refuse to work if I do not understand what you want. Don't be afraid of providing unnecessary amounts of reference material- the more, the better.Any significant changes after lineart can be made but they will come at a price. Missing details such as markings will be corrected for free.

Delivery Time

I do not have a time frame for finishing pieces. You can expect a piece to take anywhere from days to months. I prefer not to force myself to work during bad mental health periods as it heavily impacts the quality of my art. I will communicate this with you if it happens.I do not work with deadlines. I will try to complete a piece in time if it's a gift, etc., but I can't make any promises.No, you cannot pay extra for me to prioritize your commission/cut in line.

Permissions

If you are commissioning a character that belongs to someone else, you must have permission from that person. I am not responsible for getting their permission, nor the consequences you may face for not doing so.Clients may use my art for any personal or public use so long as credit is given and my signature is not removed or altered in any way.My art is not to be sold or redistributed for profit, minted or used as an NFT or other crypto, nor can anyone buy or claim the rights to my art.

Maker's Notes

My terms of service are subject to change at any moment for any reason. You will not be exempt from new terms simply for working with me prior to or during the change.I have every right to refuse to build a certain thing or work with a certain person, or cancel a build for any reason. Those reasons may include but are not limited to foul or uncomfortable behavior from the customer.I am not responsible for any potential damages to the suit nor the wearer once the product is out of my own hands. Wearing any form of costume- especially a fursuit- greatly increases your risk of heatstroke, dehydration and injury. It is up to the customer and/or wearer of the suit to learn the risks and take proper care of the suit and themselves appropriately.

Do not reach out to me to bargain or offer a lower price than listed, unless I have explicitly stated that I am accepting offers.If you cannot keep in contact with me for any period of time, let me know beforehand. If I do not hear from you for a long period of time with no warning, your commission may be put on hold or canceled.

Payment

Payments will only be accepted via PayPal. I take payments in two parts: the commission itself and shipping the product.I will take a non-refundable, non-negotiable down payment of 30% up front. This may be accepted as part of a payment plan, however the rest must be paid in full within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be calculated after the commission is complete and a second invoice will be sent to cover it.If I have to cancel the commission for any reason, the customer may request that I ship the product in the current state it's in (if there has been progress) so that they may have it finished. The customer is still required to pay shipping for this. I do not accept refunds if the customer cancels the commission. If any piece of the commission is 50%+ complete, there may be a cancellation fee. This potential fee will be decided by many factors not limited to completeness of the work.Upon cancellation by the customer for any reason, the customer agrees to forfeit all rights to the product, and I reserve the right to use any materials or completed product during the commission for other projects.I will accept that a commission be put on hold if needed by the customer. No progress will be made during this time.

Process

Have a clear reference of your character for me to work off of. This can be either in picture form or a description/concept. It is best for me to work with multiple pictures depicting each side and feature of your character (front, back, sides, etc.) If you have no pictures or reference sheets, I can try to help make one for you at an additional cost. You must be able to provide clear details for me to draw a character from as this will ultimately determine what your suit will look like.Complex designs may have to be simplified in order for me to be able to work with them, and will come with complexity fees. This may include excessive or very small, detailed markings, random or asymmetrical designs, additional features like wings or horns, scales, feathers, etc. Colors may also vary slightly due to fur and fabric availability.During the planning phase for your commission I will only accept so many nitpicks and revisions. If I cannot understand what you want, I will not work with it.

Build Times & Deadlines

The time it takes me to work may vary greatly. Once again, do not hound me for progress.I generally do not accept deadlines nor provide an ETA. If you must have a piece completed by a deadline, it must be presented to me at least 3 months in advance. However, I still cannot guarantee it will be done in time due to life events, material availability and shipping times.

Shipping

I'm currently staying outside of the US which means most orders will be done through international shipping services. Because of this I cannot guarantee a price range nor a time estimate for shipping.
